Terms of Service.

Free mockup. We build a Starter-level demo before you commit. If you don't love it, you owe us nothing.

Setup fee. Paid once you approve the mockup. Your site goes live within 48 hours of the setup fee being paid and final content signed off.

Monthly hosting. Covers hosting, security, uptime monitoring and small tweaks. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime with a month's notice — no lock-in contract.

Ownership. Once paid, the site is yours. You can export it or take it elsewhere at any time.

What's out of scope. We don't run paid ads, guarantee search rankings, or promise a specific number of leads. We build the best small business website we can and set it up properly so it can rank.

Support. Small text/photo changes are included. Bigger changes outside your package are quoted transparently before any work.
